Ryan's First Haircut

Ryan's hair was getting too long and it was finally time for his first haircut! Overall, he was such a trooper. He just sat there while the lady wielded her clippers and scissors and only briefly did he cry. The cut turned out great and now he looks so much like a toddler...

Happy Halloween - Part 2

Today was filled with Halloween anticipation! From the time he woke up this morning Austin wanted to go trick-or-treating (I am sure our neighbors are thankful we didn't send him out at 7 a.m.)! We watched Halloween cartoons, carved pumpkins and FINALLY it was time to put on costumes and start trick-or-treating!

Halloween - Part 1

Today was the big town Halloween parade. Ryan got dressed right away and really hoped to be Austin's superhero sidekick, but Austin refused to put on his Superman costume. After a 15 minute meltdown, off we went with Austin in his pumpkin shirt.















Austin had a good time with all of his little friends.










































And Ryan too...

Until the parade started and he wanted to be Superman. We didn't have the costume with us. Oops!

Humpty Dumpty

Austin learns songs and nursery rhymes at "school." We didn't know he knew Humpty Dumpty (or Humpy Dumpy as Austin says) until he broke into it one night while reading books before bed.
